Advisory services
Advisory sessions, workshops and reviews are provided by FeatherON - Security & AI Advisory (the Consultant), trading as FeatherON. Booking and payment are processed through Cal.com and Stripe.
Booking and payment
- Fees are as stated on the Services page at the time of booking.
- Payment is taken at the time of booking via Stripe checkout.
- Rescheduling and cancellations are handled through Cal.com: cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice receive a full refund; within 48 hours the session may be rescheduled once.
Scope of engagements
Advisory engagements provide professional opinion and recommendations based on the information shared by the client. They do not constitute legal advice, a guaranteed outcome, or an ongoing support commitment beyond what is described in the offering. The client remains responsible for decisions made and implementations carried out in their environment.
Confidentiality
All information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential. An NDA can be executed before the engagement on request.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, the Consultant's total liability under an engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of England and Wales.
